These along with the Annual Report are programming books that show what projects the chapter did over the last year. Throughout the year the board of directors should evaluate the chapter plan. This is important in order to determine whether goals are being met or if they need to be changed. One final evaluation of the chapter plan should occur at the end of the year. In this summary there should be each Area of Opportunity and its performance as a whole; a copy of the revised chapter plan with evaluations at least mid year and year end and revised strengths and weaknesses.
